Around 58,000 Hungarians are considering buying a home

About 58,000 Hungarians have firm plans to buy or build a house in the coming year, according to a representative survey by economic research firm GKI and building materials maker Masterplast.
The survey, conducted in June, shows that another 187,000 households will “probably” buy or build a house in the next twelve months.
Home sales in Hungary were just over 82,700 in January-June, according to an estimate by real estate broker Duna House.
