With a career spanning over twenty-two years in the real estate industry and extensive experience in commercial real estate, Huey Feng has managed various teams in several markets in Asia-Pacific and worked closely and successfully with clients from various industries. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she held leadership roles at Knight Frank and CBRE.
Based in Singapore, Huey Feng will lead the SEA IPM team to provide comprehensive portfolio solutions in transaction management, portfolio administration and portfolio strategy. With her vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the market, she will be responsible for delivering holistic strategies that generate optimal value for client occupant real estate portfolios across SEA and ensuring a high and consistent level of service to meet their needs. needs and expectations.

Romain has worked at Cushman & Wakefield for over three years. He first joined GOS in the London-based strategic advisory team, providing clients with strategic portfolio and location advice. He then moved to Budapest to lead a team of analysts in the development of the Portfolio Services Center (PSC) in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With a strategic focus on financial analysis, he and his team have been successfully involved in over 100 strategic projects per year, dramatically improving the efficiency of the occupants’ real estate portfolio by realigning them to their business drivers.
As head of the Asia-Pacific Analysis Center, Romain will move from Europe to Manila in due course and lead the team of nine analysts to support the GOS business as a whole on their service delivery requirements. customer.
