IMMOFINANZ enters the segment of coworking spaces in Romania with mycowork

IMMOFINANZ, one of the leading companies in the local real estate market, announces the launch of the successful mycowork, a myhive flexible office product offering personalized workspaces for all types of businesses in Romania. At the international level, the mycowork concept was first implemented in Vienna in 2020 and successfully rolled out in several European cities. The first one mycoworking space in Bucharest was set up by the company in the myS-Park hive building on an area of ​​465 m². The space is structured to serve several categories of customers and allows both one-stop rental, teamwork and project development spaces and integrated coworking spaces. The rental of workspaces as part of the mycoworker concept is for a minimum of one month. The space has been structured to meet the needs of different types of businesses and offers tenants everything they need for a successful working day: flexible individual workstations, kitchen and lounges for breaks and networking, drinks , as well as meeting and discussion rooms. Lemondesk product offers tenants the choice of a single office, while myHall is dedicated to work teams and myflex is an integrated coworking space.

IMMOFINANZ has placed particular emphasis on the layout of the common areas, namely the reception, the hall, the kitchen, the meeting or relaxation rooms, as well as the terraces. The spaces are fully furnished and can be occupied immediately. The offices are developed using modular partitioning systems.
