IMMOFINANZ wins the “Office Branding of the Year” award
IMMOFINANZ received the “Office Branding of the Year Award” in the Office of the Year competition for its myhive prime offices concept, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
With this award, the jury recognized the company’s new flexible office products. The myhive office brand was launched four years ago.
With the myhive brand, a particular concept has been implemented in the IMMOFINANZ markets in recent years, in particular in five office buildings in Hungary. Taking into account the challenges of last year, the company tackled a new flexible concept last year, offering tenants a customizable combination of high-quality community office spaces and modern office centers with spacious locations, a large portfolio of services and infrastructure.
According to the press release, IMMOFINANZ offers total flexibility in terms of rental periods and rental spaces, that is to say very short contracts for very small spaces, in addition to flexible rental spaces that can be enlarged or reduced. at any time according to customer needs. Another part of the concept is the possibility of renting flexible or fixed workstations in an exclusively equipped coworking space. Tenants who wish to rent their own small office in the standard myhive design also have the option of doing so – fully integrated into the existing infrastructure.
