Industrial producer prices in Hungary rose 11.6% year-on-year in June, picking up from the previous month to reach the highest level in years, according to data released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH ).

KSH said the pace of price increases was mainly influenced by rising commodity and commodity prices and the change in the exchange rate of the forint against the euro.

Domestic selling prices increased by 15.4% and export selling prices by 9.7%.

On a month-to-month basis, the PPI rose 1%, with domestic selling prices rising 1.7% and export prices up 0.7%.
