Real estate listing site Ingatlan.com’s net revenue rose 17% to HUF 3.8 billion last year, the company told state news wire MTI.

Turnover was boosted by a recovery in the property market, the growing number of listings as well as visitors, and stronger activity in regions outside the capital, President József Keleti said.

Ingatlan.com posted more than 620,000 ads in 2021. The number of visitors to the site averaged 3.7 million per month, up 5%.

The company increased its workforce by 6% to 120 during the year.

This year, Ingatlan.com experts point to an “uncertain” economic outlook given the unfavorable consequences of the war in Ukraine and the rise in credit rates.
