NIPÜF launches speculative development in Tatabánya

The NIPÜF group has started construction of a 10,000 m² warehouse in its Tatabánya industrial park, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
The developer has signed a lease for a third of the building, and the remaining space awaits potential tenants. The installation is due for delivery in the first quarter of 2022.
In 2018, NIPÜF acquired 62.8 hectares in the Tatabánya-Környe industrial park. Over the past two years, NIPÜF has sold 26 hectares of building land to multinational companies who have established manufacturing activities in the park.
The building currently under construction will provide around 10,000 m² of rental space, of which 6,600 m² will be available from next March. The remaining area of the Inpark Tatabánya industrial park can accommodate an additional 170,000 m² of industrial space.
