Catering service provider Kantin is the first tenant announced in Skanska’s latest office development project, H2Offices.

According to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal, the 1,200 m² catering establishment will be characterized by a varied menu, a pleasant atmosphere and a unique design.

The essence of Kantin’s concept is to offer restaurant-quality dishes from high-quality ingredients, so that everyone can find a suitable solution, whether it is for an important business lunch, or just for a simple and simple meal. quick during lunch break.

A wide range of healthy options, such as vegetarian and vegan options, will also be available. Next to the restaurant there will be a traditional Greek taverna with an à la carte offer, under the supervision of a Greek-Hungarian chef, who will also operate after office hours. In addition, the restaurateurs, in partnership with a specialty coffee operator, will open a cafe for those who would just like a cup of coffee, juice or some pastries.

The development of the first phase of the H2Offices complex began in August 2020 on the former grounds of Budapest Waterworks, the architectural design concept was created by Danish architects Arrow.

Attila Hegyi, one of the owners of the Kantin restaurant network, notes. “Our restaurants await our customers with high quality, the best possible ingredients and an attractive design. Simply put, we offer bistro style meals in the setting of an office canteen. When we discovered the H2Offices building, we immediately fell in love with the design and location of the building. The H2Offices complex will offer a total of 67,000 m² of rental space. The first building will have eight levels above the ground floor as well as three levels of underground parking. General landscaping work is carried out by Studio IN-EX, and landscaping is carried out by Lépték-Terv.
