The 4th wave should not affect real estate

The number of new coronavirus infections in Hungary has gradually increased in recent weeks, and experts say the fourth wave has started, writes profitline.hu.
According to Zoltán Gadanecz, founder and owner of the GDN real estate network, the coming period will be different from the previous stages of the epidemic.
A significant negative impact on the real estate market can only be expected if the virus again demands a lot of sacrifice or if foreign capital withdraws from Hungary due to outside influence.
As the chances of these are low, the expert does not expect a reduction in prices.
