Entries can be submitted to the competition, divided into regions, from almost anywhere in the world including Africa, Asia, Arab region, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe , the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Participants first submit their applications at the national level, which are evaluated by the EPA panel made up of around 100 judges from various backgrounds and expertise.
This year, the DVM group took part in the competition in four categories:
Mixed-use architecture – Szeritva square building
Office interior – BP office, Budapest

Interior CGI Company
This is the first time in Hungary that a company has won awards in no less than four categories at the EPA. In addition, on the basis of the total European scores, the DVM group has obtained, in the category of architectural visual design and due to the architectural values of the Szervita square building, the title “Five stars – Best in Hungary”, and is therefore eligible to participate in other stages of the global competition, where the best of the regions will compete.
The highest award category was also secured by bp’s Budapest office, and its interior design visualization entry received an honorable mention.
“This is something we did not expect at all,” said Tibor Massányi, Managing Partner of DVM, adding that “our surprise is only surpassed by our pleasure, as our team’s first professional honor. architectural visualization entering the market this year as a separate division is also one of the largest we have ever received. We won two first-time awards and became automatically eligible for the International Property Awards. Szervita Square Building, the last premium mixed-use building in downtown Budapest is one of our favorite projects, which we are really committed to. “
“Maybe the international jury saw him when he was selected as one of the best in Europe. We managed to win this competition in 2015 and 2016 with the Eiffel Palace and Váci 1 office buildings, but it is the biggest success in the history of our company, “he added.
