WING sells two office buildings to GTC
The recently completed evosoft headquarters is one of two buildings announced by WING.
Real estate company WING has announced the sale of Winmark Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft., The sole owner of the Ericsson and evosoft headquarters in Budapest, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
Both office buildings were developed by WING and are LEED Gold certified for environmental design.
The company has signed the purchase and sale contract with Global Trade Center (GTC) Real Estate Hungary Zrt. April 27. The transaction is expected to close no later than the second quarter of 2021.
The two office buildings are located on the bank of the Danube. Completed in 2018, Ericsson’s headquarters, offering 21,100 m2 of floor space, is one of the most modern office buildings in Hungary. In addition to the offices, the building also houses one of the Swedish company’s largest R&D centers. With 21,100 m² of floor space, the building incorporates a variety of high-tech and high-end finishes and solutions.
The evosoft headquarters building is WING’s latest real estate development project, delivered at the end of 2020, offering a floor area of 20,700 m2. The building incorporates a number of innovative solutions to enable evosoft Hungary – a subsidiary of Siemens – to provide employees with a sustainable and people-centered 21st century work environment.
